We offer three subscription options depending on how long you’d like to receive your DuraPaw Boxes. The multi month plans include special discounted pricing in exchange for the full commitment you select.
- Monthly: No commitment. Cancel anytime before renewal.
- 6 Month: Lower pricing. Popular for holidays and themed seasons.
- 12 Month: Best value with the lowest price per DuraPaw Box.
We’re able to provide extremely low pricing because of the commitment you’re able to make to our multi month plans for your pup. All subscriptions include free shipping on every DuraPaw Box. Shipping normally costs over $15+ per delivery, and we fully cover that for you so you always receive high value conveniently to your doorstep.
Why Is There a Fairness Adjustment?
As a small family business, we often ship the first few DuraPaw Boxes at a loss and gradually recover those costs over the rest of your plan. This lets us keep prices sharp while still focusing on durable toys, careful testing, and genuine support from our team.
If a 6 Month or 12 Month plan is canceled early, we simply adjust the boxes already received to match the regular Monthly plan price. This keeps things fair for all customers who complete the commitments tied to their discounted pricing.
Only applies when canceling a 6 Month or 12 Month plan before the full commitment is complete. Your pricing is adjusted to the standard Monthly rate for the boxes you already received. Please know that this is not a penalty or fee, just a fairness realignment to the correct plan tier.
Finishing Your Plan
Once your commitment is complete, you can cancel anytime, although your pup might not agree with your decision. 🐶 You can manage your subscription here:
Need to Customize Instead?
We can often help you avoid canceling early by adjusting your schedule or box contents. Some options include receiving your DuraPaw box every 2 to 3 months aligned with the holidays, switching to more treats than toys, or customizing your upcoming deliveries to better match your pup’s needs.
