Most DuraPaw Boxes arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
If your tracking page shows updates, your box is on the way and no action is needed.
Tracking updates may pause for up to 4 days while in transit. This is normal and often means your box is traveling between locations. It does not mean your box is delayed or lost.

We offer one free replacement toy per order if a toy doesn’t hold up as expected.
If you’ve already received a free replacement for that order, we’re unable to send another one, but we’re always happy to help you adjust future boxes to better match your pup’s chewing style.
