Standard Terms of Service
This offer applies only to the selected Promotional Product and is also subject to our standard Terms of Service.
Sign-up Requirements
To qualify for a $1 DuraPaw Box you must:

- Reside in Canada or the United States.
- Cover any applicable shipping costs, unless additional purchases meet the minimum for free shipping.
$1 DuraPaw First Box
Upon confirming eligibility and successful checkout of the $1 DuraPaw First Box, DuraPaw will pack and fulfill a surprise box of toys, treat, and bonus item. Items inside the DuraPaw Box will be personalized to meet your dog's preferences as filled out on the Product Page. Dog toy sizes, materials, durability levels, and types will be selected solely by DuraPaw. DuraPaw reserves the right to substitute items in the box if any become unavailable.
The $1 DuraPaw First Box promotion applies to the first box only, as the title suggests. All recurring orders/boxes after the first box will be charged at the regular discounted price of our subscription boxes.
Limited Availability (Sold out in under 10 minutes last year)
This promotion is limited in quantity and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. There will only be 150x DuraPaw Boxes available for the $1 First Box Promotion. Availability is based on successful checkout completion, not just signing up or clicking the promotional link, and cannot be guaranteed once supplies are depleted.
Each Customer can only purchase one DuraPaw Box and can only take part in the promotion once. Duplicate sign-ups or multiple accounts by the same individual are not eligible.
Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost on the first box only (calculated at checkout based on customers location) unless their cart total meets the minimum requirement of $49.99 for free shipping. All recurring orders/boxes after the first $1 box will be charged at full price with free shipping covered by DuraPaw. Shipping times may vary based on location. Customers shipping address must be within Canada or the US.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
All purchases of the $1 DuraPaw Box are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable, including shipping fees.
Not for Resale & Wholesale Use
The $1 DuraPaw Box, or any other DuraPaw products, are intended for individual use only and is prohibited for resale or wholesale purchase. DuraPaw reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of violating this condition.
Privacy & Data Use
Your information collected during the sign-up process will be used to communicate promotion details. Data is handled according to DuraPaw’s privacy policy.
Modification Rights
DuraPaw reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the promotion at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or on the website.
Consequential Loss
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuraPaw is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses under these Terms, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, savings, reputation, data, or goodwill. This applies regardless of how the loss arises—whether through contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or other legal grounds.
Liability Disclaimer
DuraPaw is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as, but not limited to technical issues, third-party disruptions, natural disasters, internet outages, or supply chain disruptions, or events of force majeure.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. By participating in this promotion, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Alberta’s courts for any disputes or claims arising from or related to the promotion.
