Most DuraPaw Boxes arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Tracking updates may pause for up to 4 days while in transit. This is normal and often means your box is traveling between locations. It does not mean your box is delayed or lost.
If your tracking page shows updates, your box is on the way and no action is needed.
